Privacy Policy

EveryPublish processes newsroom account data, published article URLs you authorize us to monitor, generated social assets, and usage logs needed to operate the service.

What we collect

• Account names, work emails, roles, and optional phone numbers
• Outlet metadata, source URLs, brand assets, and automation rules
• Extracted public article text and media references from authorized sources
• Publishing history and validation results
• Billing identifiers from Stripe

Retention

Parsed article metadata is kept while the workspace exists. Raw HTML defaults to 30–90 days. Audit logs are retained longer. Generated assets remain while the organization is active.

Processors

Anthropic (Claude) for extractive selection and semantic validation, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and Upload-Post for social publishing. We do not sell newsroom reporting.
